In order to enrich employees’ life, train teamwork spirit of staffs, enhance employee cohesion, the basketball team and Human Resources jointly organized the “2015 KTC Group Basketball League” and it comes to an end successfully on on November 21st , in Huinan factory.

There are 11 teams participated in the  basketball league, divided into Bantian and Huinan arenas to contest with each other at the same time , using  points race and the two knockout competition system, through 22 games  by fierce competition, and ultimately the Quality Department of Huinan factory won the  championship, the commercial technology team won the group runner-up, the Tablet PC & procurement & Property & human resource got the third price, tablet & procurement & Property & human resource got united capital “popular team” title, Xiao Guoqing  of Bantian  research and development Department got “the king of three points” title,  Shi Xiaochong of QC department ini Huinan factory won the title of “MVP”.

11 teams not only demonstrate their basketball level, but also reflect the spirit of the individual’s characteristic charm and teamwork. If there is no team tacit understanding, there will be no good game and good techniques, through communication with each other to enhance friendship between employees of various departments, the game also really show the KTC team style of “team first, individuals second”.
