The TV also features LG’s Ultra Surround Audio — that’s the firm’s branding for the two built-in 10W speakers, which are tuned to deliver an immersive audio experience from seven virtual channels. The intention here is to strip away the need for additional equipment, such as a soundbar and subwoofer. That said, most users who enjoy immersive sound will likely want to connect to a supplemental sound source.

Now let’s talk about the TV itself — it’s a 50-inch 4K model in Samsung’s eight-month-old NU7100 Series that’s armed with all the features you’d expect to find on a 4K TV, including an upscale engine that can morph standard HD content into 4K Ultra HD.

In addition to the 8K intelligent signage exhibit, Samsung also demonstrated their Flip 55-inch Ultra HD LCD touchscreen “whiteboard.” It can work horizontally or vertically and up to four users can simultaneously annotate on it, bring up documents and photos to review, and watch video clips. The Flip also supports screen mirroring from Android devices, as I verified by casting a few videos from my phone.

You could also buy Amazon smart speakers with Ring Video Doorbell devices, like the Amazon Echo Spot and Ring Video Doorbell Pro Kit for £228.99, instead of £238.99.

The TV also features Dolby-certified speakers (20W + 20W) and an in-built soundbar with a front-firing Direct to Hear sound technology. The JVC 43N7105C 4K TV is powered with quad-core 1.5GHz processor and Mali 450 GPU with 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM.

This card features 8GB of GDDR5 memory with a 256-bit bus, a graphics chip clock of 1366MHz, two DisplayPorts, two HDMI ports and one DVI-D port. The card uses the PCIe x16 slot, is best used with a 500W power supply, and features a three-year warranty.
