The Mi Mural TV is 65 inches in size. It uses a customized Samsung 4K panel, relieving the heavy “burden” behind the TV, making its back as thin as 13.9mm. The ultra-thin structure makes so that it perfectly fits on the wall behind it.

LG’s latest flagship TV is able to roll away into a small box when you’re not using it. It’s probably the most sci-fi-looking thing you’ll see from CES that actually has a use in real life.

Still, at a touch under $300 it’s an absolute steal, offering an immersive, lifelike viewing experience for both native and upscaled 4K content — something most budget 4K TVs around the same price point fail to achieve — and when you factor in Walmart’s offer to split the cost over a twelve-month period, it’s a killer deal.

Samsung’s most premium non-QLED TVs use edge LED lighting with no local dimming facilities. So inevitably they won’t be able to deliver the same sort of contrast you get with Samsung’s direct-lit models. They will be much less bright than Samsung’s QLED models too.

Why are the B9 series’ pictures not going to be as good? Because as with 2018’s B8 models, they use a less powerful processor: The second generation of the Alpha 7 chipset they used last year, to be precise.
